'Seed' Square (7" square)
(I really enjoy this pattern because of the fun textured effect.) Put together squares in rows of 7 (49") x 9 (63") and then add a double crocheted edge around, which will add another 2" on all sides.
Fashioned after AUNT MAGGIE'S AFGHAN
The finished afghan is approximately
45 1/2" x 56"
26 oz yarn (I like using
Red Heart 4 ply worsted - yellow, pink, purple, green, blue etc.)
Size 11 knitting needles.
Circular ones work well also.
